Overview
The importance of information security is growing as a fundamental technology of information
society.
Cryptographic technology ensures a technique for information security.
There are not only a technology which aims for confidentiality but the digital signature
technique for cheching who actually created messages or is trying to access systems.
These techniques are called authentication technology.
Information network would be secure with certified security technology and cryptographic
protocols.
We have studied aiming to construct a secure information society in this laboratory and actively
presented results at domestic and international conferences.
Environment
A desk and PC are given to each person.
This laboratory has the seminar room, where we usually discuss various issues lively.
